As an Electromagnetic Effects Test Engineer at SpaceX, you'll focus on ensuring the performance of electronics in challenging electromagnetic environments, particularly for the Starlink system. What you'll do

• Support pre-compliance and certification testing for various electronics applications
• Ensure designs meet EMI/EMC and radio requirements
• Design and operate an EMC test facility for compliance testing
• Obtain and maintain accreditation for self-certification
• Perform electromagnetic compatibility analysis and troubleshooting
• Generate test plans and reports based on industry standards

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field
• 1+ years of test engineering experience
• Knowledge of CISPR/FCC EMC standards
• Experience with EMC lab accreditation and testing
• Proficiency in EMI/RF test equipment
