What you'll do

  • Oversee day-to-day EHS site management and enforce construction contractor safety programs for SpaceX operations
  • Conduct hazard identification inspections, develop safety observations, and ensure OSHA, NFPA, and NIOSH compliance
  • Collaborate on job hazard assessments, PPE requirements, and implement health and safety policies across construction sites
  • Provide technical oversight for high-risk mechanical tasks including crane, rigging, welding, and steel fabrication operations
  • Investigate incidents, injuries, and spills; document root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Deliver safety training to construction personnel on cranes, rigging, heavy equipment, and fabrication hazards
