International Infrastructure Operations Specialist (Starlink)

About this role

SpaceX seeks an experienced operations specialist to develop and manage global supplier partnerships for Starlink's ground infrastructure network, including gateways and data centers. You'll negotiate contracts, oversee procurement timelines and budgets, and ensure reliable operations across international regions while driving process improvements and scalability.

What you'll do

• Identify and establish regional and global supplier partnerships for ground infrastructure acquisition, expansion, and operations
• Negotiate and execute long-term agreements with datacenter, fiber, and internet exchange suppliers
• Manage procurement and delivery of ground infrastructure on schedule and within budget
• Meet aggressive targets for supplier spend, speed-to-activation, and service quality
• Build regional technical, business, cultural, and regulatory expertise to assess infrastructure health and reliability
• Drive standardization and scalability improvements across planning processes, workflows, and tools
