What you'll do
- Develop plans to improve maintenance and equipment availability
- Design reliability programs including preventive maintenance and spare parts selection
- Perform Root Cause Analysis on equipment failures
- Conduct Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis
- Coordinate with teams for process and equipment improvements
- Support onboarding and reliability programs for new equipment

- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Experience in manufacturing or reliability
- Hands-on with equipment control systems
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience with SQL and PowerBI
- Ability to interpret technical schematics
- Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing
