Manufacturing Engineer, Components Test

SpaceX is searching for a Manufacturing Engineer to contribute to the production of Starlink satellites by leading acceptance testing of satellite electronics and advancing electrical test systems. The role requires collaboration across engineering teams to enhance testing processes and optimize manufacturing efficiency.

What you'll do

• Develop expertise in acceptance testing for satellite components
• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) for PCBA assemblies
• Investigate non-conforming hardware and implement corrective measures
• Collaborate on designing and validating integrated test systems
• Drive improvements in design, processes, and factory layouts

What they're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field
• 1+ years in manufacturing or testing of hardware
• Experience with high-volume manufacturing
• Knowledge of environmental testing techniques
• Familiarity with programming languages like Python and C/C++
• Background in CAD/PLM software
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and adaptability
