Structural Engineer (Starlink)

SpaceX is seeking a Structural Engineer to join their Starlink facility in Bastrop, TX. The role involves collaborating on infrastructure projects and requires expertise in civil and structural engineering to support the company’s long-term mission of enabling human life on Mars.

What you'll do

• Work with a multi-discipline team on engineering, procurement, and construction activities
• Produce civil/structural design documentation and reports for various projects
• Manage contracts with subcontractors throughout the construction process
• Prepare project cost estimates and schedules
• Address design and construction conflicts in real-time
• Interact with various project stakeholders

What they're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• 2+ years of engineering or construction experience
• 5+ years of civil/structural experience preferred
• PE license preferred
• Knowledge of relevant engineering codes and standards
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software
• Strong communication skills
