About this role

Stability AI seeks a remote IT Support Engineer to manage technical support and IT operations for a globally distributed team. You'll handle device provisioning, identity management, endpoint administration, and support across macOS, Windows, and emerging technologies, while working independently to resolve issues and improve IT workflows.

What you'll do

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, networking, and cloud application issues across the organization
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including device setup, account provisioning, and access configuration
  • Administer Okta, Google Workspace, Kandji, and other core workplace systems
  • Troubleshoot issues on macOS and Windows environments and maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
  • Build automations and integrations to improve operational efficiency and IT workflows
  • Support compliance initiatives, access reviews, and incident response activities

What they're looking for

  • macOS and Windows device administration and troubleshooting
  • Google Workspace and device management tools (Kandji, Jamf, or similar)
  • Identity and access management, SSO, MFA, and endpoint security
  • Okta, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian, and GitHub platform familiarity
  • Independent troubleshooting and problem resolution
  • Scripting or workflow automation (Python, JavaScript preferred)
  • IT ticketing systems and asset management platforms
  • Linux, AWS, or Google Cloud environments (nice to have)
