What you'll do
- Deliver technical support for hardware, software, identity, network, and cloud application issues across the organization
- Execute employee onboarding and offboarding workflows, including device setup, account provisioning, and access management
- Configure, deploy, and maintain laptops and IT equipment while tracking assets
- Administer Google Workspace, Kandji/Iru, and manage identity/access systems including SSO and MFA
- Troubleshoot macOS, Windows, and Linux environments and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities; maintain documentation and assist with compliance activities
