What you'll do

  • Troubleshoot technical issues via email, chat, and video calls

  • Report product gaps and bugs to Product and Engineering teams
  • Develop self-serve resources and documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to preemptively resolve issues
  • Assist in QA testing before releases
