About this role
Starbridge is seeking their first Solutions Engineer to own pre-sales technical solutioning for enterprise public sector deals. You'll configure custom trial environments, lead technical demos, gather customer feedback, and partner closely with Account Executives on high-value opportunities while helping shape this newly-formed function.
What you'll do
- Build and configure custom trial environments tailored to each prospect's use case and buying signals
- Lead technical portions of customer demos and support AEs on integration, API, and platform questions
- Gather customer feedback and advocate for product improvements to the roadmap
- Own product enablement for new releases and train AEs on how to demo and sell new features
- Partner with AEs on $25K+ ARR deals to drive win rates and deal closure
- Define systems and processes as the solutions engineering function scales
