About this role
Stratolaunch is looking for a Sr-, Staff, or Principal-level Electrical Engineer to contribute to the design and development of electrical systems in hypersonic vehicles and carrier aircraft. The ideal candidate will have an aerospace background focusing on electrical power systems, integration, and testing activities.
What you'll do
- Support electrical system design and modification
- Create and review wiring and harness diagrams
- Develop electrical technology requirements and test plans
- Conduct integration of aerospace systems
- Perform test verification and procedure development
- Communicate with the Avionics Chief Engineer

- Experience in electrical engineering and avionics
- Knowledge of EWIS standards
- Experience with electrical power systems
- Ability to create wiring harness diagrams
- Technical leadership and subcontractor collaboration
- Familiarity with aviation power components
- Test procedure writing
- Risk management and communication skills
