Field Engineer (English/Spanish)

About this role

Striim is looking for a bilingual Field Engineer (English/Spanish) to provide technical support to enterprise customers in the U.S. and Latin America. This role involves onboarding clients, ensuring smooth transitions from pre-sales to post-sales, and offering hands-on technical guidance throughout the Striim Platform lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Onboard new customers and guide them through deployment.
• Lead customer technical teams on best practices and solutions.
• Support transition from prototypes to production setups.
• Conduct health checks and ensure operational excellence.
• Serve as the product expert and trusted technical advisor.
• Engage existing customers to drive expanded platform adoption.

What they're looking for

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles
• SQL programming knowledge
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Ability to utilize AI productivity tools
• Unix/Linux and Windows OS troubleshooting skills
• Messaging systems knowledge (Kafka, JMS)
• Experience with data environments and troubleshooting
