Stripe is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their new Product Security Data Platforms team in Seattle. This role focuses on architecting scalable security data pipelines and developing an API-first service to enhance visibility into security for Stripe users.
What you'll do
- Design and implement a highly available security data pipeline
- Develop core services and APIs for enterprise security operations
- Collaborate with security researchers to identify anomalous behavior
- Lead the technical roadmap and make decisions on data strategies
- Set standards for code quality and system resilience
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data protection

- 2+ years of software development experience
- Expertise in data engineering and distributed systems
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Rust
- Operational experience with high availability services
- Strong technical writing and communication skills

- Cloud infrastructure knowledge (preferred)
- Front-end or full stack experience with React or TypeScript (preferred)
