About this role
Take-Two Interactive seeks a flexible Scrum Master/Delivery Manager to lead infrastructure teams through complex, multi-faceted work. You'll balance agile practices with operational realities, removing blockers and maintaining stakeholder visibility while adapting your leadership style to the team's needs.
What you'll do
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and working sessions (planning, standups, retros, backlog refinement, dependency reviews)
- Remove blockers and escalate impediments while helping teams navigate unplanned work and operational demands
- Plan, sequence, and track delivery of committed work using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Airtable
- Translate complex infrastructure status into clear updates for technical teams, business partners, and leadership
- Support continuous improvement of team flow, backlog hygiene, and lightweight metrics for better planning
- Coordinate across cross-team dependencies and prepare stakeholders for implementation readiness
