Solutions Engineer (Enterprise Identity & Security) - Contract (REMOTE)

About this role

Contract Solutions Engineer role supporting enterprise adoption of a next-generation identity platform. You'll lead technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and pilot programs for enterprise customers while collaborating with product teams and strategic partners like AWS and Okta to drive successful implementations.

What you'll do

• Lead technical discovery sessions, product demos, and POCs with enterprise customers
• Partner with sales teams through technical evaluation and customer outcomes
• Support co-sell initiatives and joint go-to-market activities with cloud and identity providers
• Assist with customer integrations and technical implementation discussions
• Communicate customer requirements and feedback to product and engineering teams
• Transition successful pilots into signed customer engagements

• Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering experience
• Identity and security technologies knowledge
• Technical presentation and demonstration skills
• Proof-of-concept and pilot program leadership
• Enterprise software integration support
• Complex concept communication to technical and business audiences
• AWS, Okta, or Auth0 experience (nice-to-have)
• Regulated industry experience (nice-to-have)
