About this role
LlamaIndex seeks a Developer Evangelist to represent LlamaParse—an AI-powered document parsing platform—at conferences, on social media, and through live demos. You'll be the public face of the product, creating compelling content and building real-world examples that show developers how to solve document ingestion challenges at scale.
What you'll do
- Represent LlamaParse at conferences, meetups, hackathons, and workshops with live demos and talks
- Create and post technical content across X, LinkedIn, and YouTube showcasing real parsing examples
- Build working demo applications and example apps using realistic, complex documents
- Produce video walkthroughs, livestreams, blog posts, and conference presentations about document parsing
- Coordinate with product and engineering teams on product launches to maximize adoption impact
- Gather developer feedback and community insights to inform product direction
What they're looking for
- Public speaking and live demonstration ability
- Python and/or TypeScript programming for working demos
- Social media content creation and audience engagement
- Technical writing and clear explanation of complex topics
- Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, OCR, and document processing pipelines
- Video production or livestreaming (preferred)
- Conference speaking and event experience (preferred)
