Infrastructure Engineer - Virtualization

TensorWave is seeking a Virtualization Operations Engineer to manage and optimize large-scale virtualization environments and ensure performance and stability across GPU-intensive systems. The role demands hands-on management of virtual machines, hypervisors, and infrastructure systems in a dynamic AI computing environment.

What you'll do

• Operate and maintain large-scale virtualization environments
• Manage the lifecycle of virtual machines
• Monitor and resolve platform health issues
• Troubleshoot across hypervisors and networking layers
• Implement safe infrastructure changes
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams

• Experience with Linux-based virtualization platforms
• Strong knowledge of Linux systems
• Troubleshooting skills for resource contention
• Familiarity with VM lifecycle and resource allocation
• Experience with automation tools like Ansible
• Ability to manage production incidents
