Tessera Labs is seeking a Deployed Engineer to lead AI deployments for major corporate clients, focusing on developing and operationalizing AI solutions while maintaining customer engagement. This hybrid role requires a mix of technical proficiency, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Write code and develop production software using the Tessera platform
- Conduct thorough process discovery with clients to solve complex issues
- Create prototypes that demonstrate Tessera's AI capabilities
- Collaborate with sales to prepare technical materials and Statements of Work
- Work with Infra and Engineering to design scalable solutions
- Foster customer relationships and identify new automation opportunities

- Experience in building production-grade AI systems
