About this role
AHEAD seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to help enterprise clients succeed with digital transformation by leveraging cloud infrastructure, automation, analytics, and modern software delivery practices. You'll work at the intersection of technology and business to enable clients to achieve their digital goals.
What you'll do
- Deploy and configure cloud infrastructure solutions for enterprise clients
- Implement automation and analytics platforms to support digital transformation
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients during platform adoption
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions
- Troubleshoot and optimize client systems for performance and reliability
- Document technical processes and best practices for client success
