About this role

Trace3 is hiring a Managed Services Engineer for on-site support at a single corporate client in Allen, TX. You'll provide Tier I technical support across Microsoft, networking, and virtualization infrastructure while delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

  • Provide Tier I technical support to end users on-site and remotely
  • Manage and prioritize support tickets in Zendesk with accurate documentation
  • Troubleshoot issues related to network infrastructure, Microsoft Intune/Entra, VMware, and Windows servers
  • Deliver professional field service support with white-glove customer experience
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately and ensure timely resolution
  • Guide end users on IT policies, tools, and best practices
