Solutions Engineer

Traversal is seeking a Solutions Engineer to enhance customer engagement through technical discovery and deployment of their AI-driven infrastructure solutions. This role blends technical expertise with relationship-building as you help clients navigate their implementation processes and translate their needs into impactful projects.

What you'll do

• Lead technical discussions with prospective clients
• Translate infrastructure challenges into tailored pilot evaluations
• Develop and maintain demo environments and technical resources
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams for customer integration
• Support new customer onboarding and implementation
• Stay updated on industry trends in observability and SRE

What they're looking for

• 3+ years in a relevant engineering role
• Strong background in backend systems and cloud infrastructure
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in creating POCs and leading demos
• Project management capabilities
• Proficient in navigating complex sales cycles
• Familiarity with SRE workflows (preferred)
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure tools like Terraform (preferred)
