Customer Solutions Engineer
About this role
TRM Labs seeks a Customer Solutions Engineer to own technical relationships with US federal and national-security customers, guiding them from initial discovery through platform deployment. You'll design business processes, customize the TRM platform, integrate APIs, and provide expert support to ensure customer success while feeding insights back to the product team.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end solution delivery from requirements gathering through customization, API integration, testing, and customer training
- Conduct discovery calls with customers and prospects, documenting technical requirements and designing appropriate solutions
- Present TRM APIs and architecture, providing implementation guidance, timelines, and risk assessment aligned with customer goals
- Develop and maintain integration resources including API documentation, reference architectures, and implementation guides
- Build and maintain strong relationships with technical stakeholders, providing expert support and troubleshooting throughout integration
- Advocate for product enhancements based on customer feedback and stay current with evolving platform features
