About this role
Trove Brands is seeking a Current Products Mechanical Engineer to enhance existing product lines, focusing on quality, cost, and usability improvements. The role involves monitoring customer feedback, developing design concepts, and collaborating closely with manufacturing partners in Asia.
What you'll do
- Manage tooling for products post-release
- Collaborate with forecasting and purchasing teams
- Monitor product quality metrics and implement improvements
- Engage with factories to resolve quality issues
- Provide feedback to the product team for development
- Participate in testing to validate new product performance
What they're looking for
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering
- 5-10 years in mechanical/product design
- Proficient in 3D CAD modeling (SolidWorks preferred)
- Knowledge of materials properties and fabrication processes
- Understanding of reliability testing and design of experiments
- Experience with Asian OEM partners and manufacturing
