- Set and maintain a high creative and technical standard across all photography.
- Develop lighting, composition, camera, and capture approaches for productions.
- Provide creative direction, technical guidance, and feedback to photographers and retouchers.
- Oversee Retouching and maintain strong alignment across capture, color management, post-production, and final delivery.
- Ensure PDP and product imagery is consistent and accurately represents product color, materials, and finishes.
- Help improve photography, retouching, studio, and quality-control workflows.
- Support resource planning across internal photographers, freelancers, and external partners.
- Evaluate equipment, lighting, technology, and tools that can improve quality, efficiency, and creative capability.
Required Qualifications

- Strong portfolio across lifestyle, product, studio, campaign, and/or brand photography.

- Strong creative judgment and ability to work across different brands and visual styles.
- Experience leading, mentoring, or providing creative direction to other creative professionals.
- Strong understanding of retouching, color management, and post-production workflows.
- Ability and desire to remain actively involved in shooting while leading a team.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to balance creative quality with production timelines, volume, and business needs.
Desired Qualifications
