About this role

Twilio seeks a Senior Software Engineer to join the Messaging Compliance Onboarding team, building and maintaining compliance program workflows and integrations for their largest product. You'll design scalable solutions across compliance domains, working with both frontend and backend systems while collaborating cross-functionally to shape the next generation of compliance architecture.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain compliance program workflows, carrier integrations, and customer interactions
  • Design and develop scalable frontend UI experiences and backend APIs with high availability
  • Work through ambiguity to deliver quality solutions quickly across various compliance program types
  • Contribute to next-generation architecture vision for compliance program expansion
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering teams to align product and architecture strategy
