About this role
Join a construction automation company automating design and engineering for large-scale infrastructure projects. As a Modeling and Analysis Engineer, you'll develop physics simulation and optimization tools within an AI-powered design engine, working across multiple engineering disciplines to transform how buildings and infrastructure are created.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain physics simulators (rigid-body dynamics, FEA, CFD) and engineering modeling tools
- Develop trade-study and optimization engines to explore complex design spaces
- Expand capabilities in the automated design engine product across multiple disciplines
- Identify and solve critical bottlenecks in the design automation pipeline
- Execute hands-on technical work on modeling and simulation implementation
- Collaborate across disciplines to understand and optimize system-level trade-offs
