AI Enablement Engineer

About this role

Valon seeks an AI Deployment Engineer to build internal tools and AI-powered systems that enable smooth client deployments of their mortgage servicing platform. You'll work across the full stack with high autonomy, shipping complete products rapidly while leveraging AI coding assistants to maintain velocity.

What you'll do

• Design and ship end-to-end deployment management tools from data layer to UI
• Build AI agent workflows and copilot features to enhance deployment team productivity
• Develop across Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS tech stack
• Use AI coding assistants to maintain high development velocity and ship features daily
• Identify problems independently and deliver solutions with minimal specification
• Craft polished user experiences with attention to UX details like drag-and-drop and inline editing
