About this role

Verisign seeks a DDI Engineer to build, operate, and maintain their Infoblox-based DNS/DHCP/IPAM infrastructure platform. You'll automate workflows, troubleshoot complex incidents, implement monitoring solutions, and participate in tier-3 on-call support for mission-critical services.

What you'll do

  • Build, operate, and maintain the Infoblox DDI platform and related network management systems
  • Implement and support monitoring pipelines for platform health, observability, and availability
  • Automate DDI workflows for provisioning, cleanup, and compliance enforcement
  • Troubleshoot DNS/DHCP/IPAM incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes
  • Create and maintain documentation and runbooks for first-line support teams
  • Participate in 24x7 tier-3 on-call rotation and ensure compliance with security standards
