Vulcan Elements is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to oversee the expansion of its large manufacturing facility. This role requires leading equipment selection, process ownership, and optimization efforts to enhance production capabilities in the rare-earth permanent magnets sector.

What you'll do

• Lead equipment selection and vendor evaluations
• Manage end-to-end process ownership covering design to production
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for better efficiency
• Facilitate installation, commissioning, and production startup
• Translate pilot-line processes to full-scale production
• Monitor and improve throughput, quality, and equipment reliability
