Mechanical Engineer

Waabi is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to contribute to the design and integration of hardware systems for autonomous vehicles. The ideal candidate will engage in collaborative efforts to enhance mechanical solutions while adhering to automotive standards.

What you'll do

• Design and assemble mechanical components and systems
• Collaborate with software teams on hardware specifications
• Address automotive requirements and environmental challenges
• Support built of prototype and production modules
• Manage supplier and partner relationships
• Resolve technical issues effectively

What they're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Proficiency in Solidworks
• Experience with technical drawing tolerancing
• Knowledge of Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• Familiarity with PLM tools
• Testing mechanical designs for vehicles
• Understanding of manufacturing processes
• Technical ownership of hardware development
