- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent
- 5+ years in backend engineering and database management
- Experience with C++
- Capacity planning and resource forecasting
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Familiarity with distributed processing frameworks
- Understanding of infrastructure-as-code
- Experience in reliability engineering practices
