About this role
Join Wayve's Evaluation Tools team to build internal products that accelerate autonomous driving AI development. You'll own full-stack features across search, scenario mining, and agentic tooling, working directly with users to transform how teams identify test scenarios and validate driving performance at scale.
What you'll do
- Build end-to-end full-stack features for scenario search, mining, and agentic workflows across web and backend systems
- Collaborate with users to understand pain points, define success metrics, and validate impact before and after building solutions
- Design and implement production-level systems with strong focus on reliability, performance, and maintainability
- Contribute to architectural decisions that scale evaluation tools across the team's products
- Develop high-performance APIs and database solutions optimized for large-scale scenario analysis
- Leverage AI tools to improve development velocity, team workflows, and product quality
