What you'll do

• Analyze end-user COMINT, ELINT, and FISINT requirements
• Refine technical capability requirements for tactical collection systems
• Evaluate commercial material solutions
• Conduct feasibility analysis and present project execution options
• Review technical documentation and systems engineering artifacts
• Lead foreign partner SIGINT sensor projects from requirements to execution
