  • Lead design and development activities, providing technical guidance on alternative approaches and feasibility assessments
  • Develop system architecture and design documentation, along with system engineering management and integration/test plans
  • Serve as primary technical contact with government stakeholders on systems engineering matters, issues, and conflicts
  • Oversee technical integrity of all systems engineering deliverables and work products
  • Guide system development implementation planning and incorporation of new designs into operational environments
