Supplier Quality Engineer

Xometry is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to enhance product quality through supplier collaboration and audits in a dynamic work environment. The role focuses on leading quality initiatives, conducting inspections, and utilizing data analytics to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.

What you'll do

• Conduct onsite inspections and audits at partner facilities
• Manage Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA)
• Analyze partner product trends to address systemic issues
• Facilitate cross-functional optimization workshops
• Support Partner Onboarding and quality-related escalations
• Utilize data analytics to enhance performance

What they're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 7+ years of experience in engineering or quality roles
• 5+ years in supplier-facing positions
• Strong Quality Assurance expertise
• Knowledge of APQP and DFM/DFQ
• Project management capabilities
• Understanding of Six Sigma methodologies
• Ability to read technical drawings
