What you'll do

• Develop and maintain infrastructure for AI and ML systems
• Enhance LLM Ops and ML Ops processes for better model management
• Create tools that simplify workflows for engineering teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support AI implementation
• Ensure systems are scalable, secure, and production-ready
• Promote best practices for engineering in AI development

What they're looking for

• 4+ years of software engineering experience
• 1+ year in LLM Ops or ML Ops
• Strong backend development skills
• Experience with ML/LLM lifecycle
• Understanding of system reliability and performance
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to simplify complex workflows
• Knowledge of cost and quality trade-offs in production
