- Promote best practices for engineering in AI development
What they're looking for
- 4+ years of software engineering experience
- 1+ year in LLM Ops or ML Ops
- Strong backend development skills
- Experience with ML/LLM lifecycle
- Understanding of system reliability and performance
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to simplify complex workflows
- Knowledge of cost and quality trade-offs in production
