About this role
Zip seeks an AI Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with enterprise customers and build custom AI agent solutions on SAP Ariba using Zip's platform. You'll own a portfolio of strategic accounts, diagnose complex procurement workflows, and expand contract value by identifying and solving high-impact problems before customers articulate them.
What you'll do
- Embed with enterprise customers to map procurement workflows and identify highest-ROI problem areas
- Build and deploy customized AI agent solutions using Zip's AppStudio and infrastructure
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts end-to-end with accountability for outcomes
- Produce architecture documentation to support solution replication across accounts
- Surface expansion opportunities and feed learnings back to product and engineering teams
- Conduct on-site testing, demonstrations, and stakeholder sessions with real customer data
What they're looking for
- SAP Ariba (3+ years hands-on experience)
- AI agents and automation platforms (Claude, N8N, Make, Zapier)
- API integration and workflow automation
