About this role

Zip seeks an AI Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with enterprise customers and build custom AI agent solutions on SAP Ariba using Zip's platform. You'll own a portfolio of strategic accounts, diagnose complex procurement workflows, and expand contract value by identifying and solving high-impact problems before customers articulate them.

What you'll do

  • Embed with enterprise customers to map procurement workflows and identify highest-ROI problem areas
  • Build and deploy customized AI agent solutions using Zip's AppStudio and infrastructure
  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts end-to-end with accountability for outcomes
  • Produce architecture documentation to support solution replication across accounts
  • Surface expansion opportunities and feed learnings back to product and engineering teams
  • Conduct on-site testing, demonstrations, and stakeholder sessions with real customer data
