About this role

ZoomInfo seeks a Software Engineer III for the Developer Productivity team to build Python-based agentic systems that convert Jira tickets, Slack messages, and other signals into scoped engineering work. You'll design intake workflows, implement developer assistance tooling, automate code review, and build platform safeguards for AI-assisted development at scale.

What you'll do

  • Design systems that convert bug reports and feature requests into clarified problem statements and implementation plans with approval gates
  • Build conversational Slack intake experiences that route work, gather requirements, and integrate with Jira and delivery workflows
  • Create tooling to assist engineers with repository discovery, plan execution, testing automation, and pull request generation
  • Contribute to automated PR review systems that assess correctness, regressions, test coverage, and policy compliance
  • Implement platform safeguards including permissions, auditability, observability, rollback, and cost controls for agentic workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, ship, and troubleshoot distributed, agentic systems
