About this role
Join a diagnostics team in Foster City to design and develop serviceability solutions that enable rapid problem identification and resolution. You'll work on creating diagnostic tools and frameworks that improve system reliability and reduce downtime for enterprise customers.
What you'll do
- Design and implement diagnostic tools and serviceability features for enterprise systems
- Develop frameworks and methodologies for identifying and troubleshooting hardware/software issues
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate diagnostics into product architecture
- Create documentation and runbooks for diagnostic procedures and best practices
- Analyze failure patterns and system logs to improve diagnostic accuracy
- Support field engineers and customers with diagnostic expertise and tool training
