9th Way Insignia seeks a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator to support the USPTO's Service Management Platform, handling both day-to-day operations and strategic platform enhancements. This senior-level role combines administrative oversight, technical architecture guidance, and development work to ensure platform stability, security, and compliance.

What you'll do

  • Manage daily ServiceNow administrative intake, triaging incidents and requests with appropriate escalation
  • Administer platform users, groups, roles, access controls, notifications, and standard configurations
  • Develop and maintain service catalog items, record producers, workflows, and request fulfillment processes
  • Configure solutions using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and approved scripting practices
  • Support development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of platform enhancements and defect fixes
  • Provide expert technical guidance on platform design, integrations, and governance aligned with ServiceNow best practices
