About this role
Accenture Federal Services seeks a Cloud Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure for US government clients in Gov Cloud environments. You'll own cloud architecture implementation, DevOps practices, security compliance, and operate within an agile, collaborative framework that values rapid iteration and solution ownership.
What you'll do
- Design and implement secure, scalable cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, or multi-cloud platforms following enterprise best practices
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code for repeatable, consistent deployments using automation scripting
- Implement DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid, reliable application delivery
- Configure cloud security controls, manage compliance (STIG, DoD standards), and support security audits and vulnerability remediation
- Design and maintain disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity solutions for cloud-native environments
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, optimize performance, and monitor for security alerts in collaboration with security teams
