About this role

Abnormal AI is hiring an Enterprise Sales Engineer to be the technical expert in complex security sales cycles, leading architecture discussions with enterprise customers on email and identity security solutions. You'll partner with account executives to conduct demonstrations, run proof-of-value programs, and translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes for C-suite and security teams.

What you'll do

  • Serve as primary technical advisor during enterprise sales cycles, owning proof-of-value success and outcomes
  • Lead architecture-level discussions with security, email, identity, and compliance teams
  • Conduct technical discovery to uncover customer risk, requirements, and strategic objectives
  • Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to executive and technical stakeholders
  • Research competitive landscape and address customer objections with deep technical knowledge
  • Educate sales teams and partners on products, platform capabilities, and security posture
