About this role
Accenture Federal Services seeks a Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer to manage cloud tenant environments for US federal government clients. You'll handle Tier 1-3 support requests including VPC provisioning, access management, and operational monitoring across secure infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Monitor and support operational cloud environments for multiple tenants
- Provision and configure tenant VPCs, roles, and access requests
- Address security and compliance requirements in cloud infrastructure
- Escalate and resolve service requests across support tiers
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on infrastructure-as-code deployments
- Support DevSecOps and continuous delivery automation processes
