About this role
Accenture Federal Services seeks an Infrastructure Systems Administrator to manage a self-hosted ServiceNow platform deployed on AWS in a government/defense environment. You'll handle platform operations, AWS infrastructure, and advanced AI capability deployments while working with a small, technical team on modernization initiatives.
What you'll do
- Administer RHEL 9 and Windows servers supporting self-hosted ServiceNow on AWS
- Manage AWS infrastructure including EC2, RDS, ALBs, and security groups
- Deploy and maintain ServiceNow AI capabilities (Now Assist, AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, AI Control Tower)
- Integrate ServiceNow with AWS Bedrock and LLM backends for generative AI in classified environments
- Perform platform upgrades and incident response with minimal service disruption
- Develop POCs, provide engineering recommendations, and collaborate with integration partners
