Accenture Federal Services seeks a Network Management Tools Engineer to manage and maintain network management tools in a federal environment, including deploying vendor releases, applying security patches, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
What you'll do
- Meet with IT stakeholders to review reports and create/update design documentation for network management tools
- Process support tickets and implement changes through change request procedures
- Provide network engineer support for configuring and testing solutions
- Perform system maintenance, OS patching, and application releases on Linux appliances
- Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure standards compliance
- Develop and transition operational processes for support teams
