About this role
Accenture Federal Services seeks a PeopleSoft Application Developer to design, build, and configure HCM, CRM, Pensions, and Portal applications for federal government clients. You'll support production environments, troubleshoot issues, and deliver enhancements while working in a collaborative, mission-driven organization.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and configure PeopleSoft applications including HCM, CRM, Pensions, and Portal modules
- Support production and non-production environments with incident resolution and fix development
- Analyze and document user requirements for new systems and enhancements
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide technical support for requests
- Recommend solutions to meet user requirements and assess design impact
- Coordinate development and deployment of user documentation
