About this role

Fluidstack seeks a Software Engineer for Networking to build infrastructure tooling and automation for massive-scale AI datacenter networks. You'll own fleet health monitoring, active debugging tools, repair automation, and network validation across rapidly expanding hyperscale sites.

What you'll do

  • Design and build real-time network fleet monitoring, alerting, and health dashboards across multiple sites
  • Develop active debugging tools including diagnostics linking, remote command execution, and failure visualization
  • Automate the network repair pipeline from fault detection through parts management and return to service
  • Build frameworks for network qualification and validation that gate new hardware and sites into production
  • Own end-to-end reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of datacenter networks at 10+ GW scale
  • Eliminate toil by systematizing manual troubleshooting processes across the fleet
