About this role

Wizards of the Coast seeks a Network Engineer to design and operate enterprise infrastructure spanning datacenters, corporate offices, and AWS cloud. You'll work with modern platforms like Juniper/Mist, Palo Alto Networks, and cloud-native architectures while automating operations and researching emerging technologies.

What you'll do

  • Design, implement, and operate Juniper/Mist campus and branch network infrastructure
  • Engineer and maintain Palo Alto Networks security stack and policy architecture
  • Build AWS cloud networking solutions including VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, and hybrid connectivity
  • Automate network configuration and deployment using Python, APIs, Terraform, and Ansible
  • Modernize network observability with streaming telemetry and cloud-native monitoring
  • Conduct proof-of-concept exercises and provide design mentorship on emerging technologies like SASE and zero-trust

  • Juniper (EX/QFX/SRX, Mist) or Cisco (Catalyst, Nexus) platforms
  • BGP, OSPF routing protocols and SD-WAN traffic engineering
  • Palo Alto Networks firewalls and Panorama management

  • Python scripting and API consumption
  • Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible)
