About this role
Temporary building engineer needed to manage daily operations and maintenance of a West Ocean high-rise residential building in Long Beach. You'll oversee mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and fire safety systems while coordinating with contractors and ensuring HOA compliance.
What you'll do
- Maintain and repair all common areas within the residential building
- Monitor and optimize performance of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, fire safety, and water circulation systems
- Oversee daily building operations and ensure compliance with HOA policies and building codes
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for maintenance and repairs
- Manage fire system operations and life safety protocols
- Conduct inspections and address building deficiencies
