Maintenance Reliability Engineer
About this role
ATS, a leading industrial maintenance firm, seeks a Maintenance Reliability Engineer to develop and implement reliability strategies that optimize factory operations and equipment performance. You'll apply predictive analytics, root cause analysis, and precision maintenance methodologies to reduce downtime, improve throughput, and drive capital efficiency across customer operations.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute equipment-specific maintenance plans using reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and failure mode & effects analysis (FMEA)
- Conduct root cause analysis, bad actor analysis, and fault tree analysis to identify failure patterns and prevent recurrence
- Apply predictive and preventative maintenance technologies including vibration analysis, machine health monitoring, and thermal imaging
- Identify capital expenditure opportunities and build business cases with ROI justification for equipment replacement
- Collaborate with maintenance teams and customers to align reliability strategies with operational KPIs
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and ATS procedures
